Monday to Friday, 8:45 am to 3:30 pm; for TK-5th grade students

Extended Care: 3:30pm to 5:30pm available upon request

School Bus Field Trip will be on every Thursday or Friday depending on the site availability

Details

Tw0 classroom options for TK-5th graders with low student staff ratio (1:7).
1. All Chinese Immersion (recommended for heritage speakers).
2. English/Chinese dual language (recommended for non-heritage speakers or beginners). In rare cases, we don’t have enough students to form a whole class of beginners, we may group students by age and grade.

Theme: Beijing Meets Taipei 北京遇上台北
This year, besides the Chinese language and cultural learning activities we have always dedicated to presenting, we have done tremendous planning and would like to introduce fun, hands-on activities related to modern Taiwan and demonstrating Taiwan has been preserving the beauty of Chinese culture! Through two actual trip across the island of Taiwan, we visited museums, mountains, cities and studios, hoping to bring authentic learning activities to our kids here!

Activity Types
Everyday will be a fun exploration of Chinese & Asian culture, with hands on activities, including but not limited to:

  1. Chinese dialogue role plays

  2. Chinese characters practice

  3. Traditional crafts

  4. Chinese outdoor sports

  5. Authentic Chinese food cooking

  6. Unique guest speakers of different professions

For our campers, we promise to…

  • Select made-to-order craft materials in high quality

  • Supply organic and daily fresh food ingredients

  • Invite reputable guest speakers with expertise in different fields of study into our camp

  • Devote all our hearts to create a nurturing & caring learning environment

  • Maintain competitively low student to staff ratio and ample space for indoor creativity and outdoor exercise
